This is a budget friendly property with a killer location to major shopping, gas, car wash & restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly and make the check in and out process quick and painless for their guests. Please do take note this is a 3 story property without an elevator so if this is an issue for your stay just be sure to request a first floor room, the hotel will gladly accommodate your request. There is not a breakfast available BUT the yummy Waffle House is literally within yelling distance of the hotel. The housekeeping gals are super sweet and I can tell this is a family run property that respects the needs of their staff. There are homeless people in the area but they do not bother anyone and I have stayed here multiple times and haven't seen any incidents nor has there been a need for law enforcement. If you need a safe budget friendly and family friendly stay, this is your place!

very clean nice sized rooms. comfortable beds. large clean bathroom. with plenty of towels. Quiet and staff was very friendly and helpfull. check in was very easy as we already had reservations. was able to have contact with the personal instead of dealing with check in and check out thru a tiny window.

East check in, clean rooms and comfy pillows. The front desk gal was super nice to us and granted our request for a third floor room. I definitely would stay here again it was great pricing and comfy accommodations.
